We acquired the INFRADOC® thermal cabin in 2002 for health care purposes. The cabin has been installed in the health center in Mezapark, where it is accessible not only for athletes, but also for ordinary visitors. We use the cabin in the beginning of a season very often, when it is necessary to lose extra weight. Also we frequently use the infrared cabin to improve blood circulation and to treat muscles injuries. Usually we prescribe this procedure to athletes in a complex with other treatment agents. The first INFRADOC® infrared sauna has been installed in "Veselības centrs 4" in 2002. Since then, the cabin was visited by many hundreds of clients from the diagnosis of cellulite department, body shaping and others.

I bought the INFRADOC® infrared cabin in 2003. The infrared cabin quality is very good, a wonderful smell of the Canadian red cedar has been kept till these days. I take the infrared sauna session minimum once a week. My wife loves it and takes sessions every day. Infrared sauna session improves tone and health, helps to remove consequences of old traumas much easier. For many years I have formed a tradition to go to sauna at least once a week. It is a pleasure to me like no other activity. I believe, that person during perspiration not only gets rid of excess fluid and toxins, but also negative emotions that accumulates during the week. Work, daily problems, stress situations - these are familiar to everyone. Of course, good training, skiing or skating helps to relieve tension, but it couldn't be better to warm up the muscles and joints in real sauna after these activities. But it is not easy to find that sauna, sometimes it is necessary to go out of the town, which is not always possible.
